Rosalie Robbins

Mrs. Rosalie Robbins, 81 of Seymour passed away Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at home.

Rosalie was born in Brownstown, IN. on October 2, 1935, the daughter of the late Howard and Ruby (Elliott) Reynolds.

On February 11, 1955, in Seymour she married Mervin James Robbins, who preceded her in death January 2, 2004.

She was employed with Excello Shirt Factory in Seymour for 10 years and then retired from Domestic Laundry after 8 ½ years.

Rosalie is survived by her children Terry (Diana) Robbins, Doug Robbins, Rhonda (Joshua) Clark, 11 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild, sisters, Mary Hackman and Nellie (Melvin) Weddle.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Mervin James Robbins Jr., daughter, Shirley Tucker, grandson, 2 sisters, Betty Mills and Loretta Mikel.

Funeral service will be held at Voss Chapel on Monday, January 23rd, 10:00 a.m., with Pastor Terry Robbins and Pastor John Carr, officiating, with burial immediately following at Riverview Cemetery.

Family and friends may call at Voss Chapel on Sunday 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and on Monday after 9: 00 a.m. until time of service.

Memorial checks may be written to the American Lung Association through Voss & Sons Funeral and Crematory Service, Seymour, Indiana.
