Thomas John Dippold, 75, of Seymour, passed away on February 26, 2021 in Indianapolis. Thomas was a graduate of Elk County Catholic High School, Class of 1963 and a graduate of Penn State University Class of 1967 with an Associates Degree. He was a member of St Mary’s Catholic Church and was a retired engineer from Valeo Sylvania. Thomas was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Moose Lodge and the Knights of Columbus. He also was an avid hunter in his youth and in his later years, he enjoyed taking his dogs, TJ and Sparky, for a ride in his truck.

In 1945, Thomas was born to the late Frederick Dippold and Julia (Brenan) Dippold in St. Mary’s, Pennsylvania.

Thomas is survived by his longtime companion, Barbara Huffman, children, Andrew Dippold, Martin Dippold and Michael (Suzanne) Dippold; grandchildren, Ethan Dippold, Libby Dippold and Emma Dippold; godchildren, Charles Richard Kingswell, Maggie Kingswell and Eric Newlove; sisters, Carol (Victor) Newlove and Joyce Pretti.

He was preceded in death by his parents, aunt and uncle, Ed (Mary Dippold) Young and brother in law, Ed Pretti.

Friends and family may call on Friday, March 5, 2021 at Voss & Sons Funeral Service from 5-7 pm.

Funeral services will be conducted by Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Friday, March 5, 2021 at 7 pm with Deacon Larry French officiating.
