Mrs. Pat Taskey Nichter, 76, of Seymour, passed away Sunday, April 14, 2019 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Seymour to the late Esther (Lauster) Kilgas.
Funeral services will be conducted by Voss & Sons Funeral Service at Immanuel Lutheran Church on Thursday, April 18 at 11 am with Rev. Ralph Blomenberg officiating. Burial will follow at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery.
Family and friends may call at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Wednesday from 4-8 pm and at Immanuel Lutheran Church on Thursday from 10 am until time of service.
She was a receptionist at Thompson Dairy for over 10 years and then a Walmart associate for more than 10 years. She was an excellent caregiver for others. She enjoyed traveling and playing Texas holdem.
Patricia is survived by her son, Jay M. Nichter; granddaughters, Emma Nichter and Abby Nichter; sisters, Lou Vanderhee and Sandy Allen; and half-brother, Scott Taskey.
She is preceded in death by her mother; stepfather, Paul Kilgas; and son, Scott Nichter.
Memorials may be written to Immanuel Lutheran Church, in care of Voss & Sons Funeral Service.
