Karen (Bolding) Kreinhagen, 60, of Commiskey, passed away on February 28, 2021 at home surrounded by her loving family after an 8-month battle with cancer. Karen was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ in Easyville. She was a Radiologic Technologist at Schneck Primary Care.
Karen was born in 1960 to the late Lloyd Leslie Bolding and Barbara Carole (Hill) Hallet.
On May 1, 1982, Karen married William Anthony “Tony” Kreinhagen in Clintwood, Virginia and he preceded her in death.
Karen is survived by her companion, Tony Lewis; children, Joshua A. Voss, Laura A. Kreinhagen, and Trevor A. Kreinhagen,; grandchildren, Meegan Voss, Madison Voss, Brock Smith, Macey Voss, Ashlynn Smith, Madisyn Kreinhagen, and Makenzie Kreinhagen; brother, Kevin L. Bolding; sister, Kimba “Gail” Scherer.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, stepmother Virginia Bolding, and stepbrother David Adams.
Friends may call on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at Voss & Sons Funeral Service from 4-7pm.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, March 4, 2021 at Voss & Sons Funeral Service at 10:30am.
Memorials may be given to Schneck Hospice in care of Voss & Sons Funeral Service.
Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery in Seymour.
In accordance with CDC guidelines, masks are required as well as social distancing within the building. Cards and notes of condolence are most welcome.
