Mr. Greg Tatlock, 63, entered eternal rest on Monday, May 17, 2021 at Schneck Medical Center. Greg was born in 1957 to Donald and Betty June (Waskom) Tatlock. He retired after 20 plus years of dedicated service to Lier Siegler and then went to work in Columbus, Indiana at Optimas Manufacturing. Greg had many hobbies including hand radios, RC airplanes, and riding his motorcycle.

In 1976, he married, Cindy Capes, who survives.

He is survived by his children, Jayson (Lisa) Tatlock and Jamie (Carrie) Shell-Tatlock; grandchildren, Baileigh Grace, Rylan Asher and Grace Ellen; brothers, Evan (Linda) Tatlock, and Rodney (Teresa) Tatlock; sister-in-law, Loretta Tatlock and his mother Betty June Tatlock.

Greg was preceded in death by his father, Donald and a brother, Mark Tatlock.

A gathering will be held on Friday, May 21, 2021 at Voss & Sons Funeral Service from 4-7 pm.

In keeping with Mr. Tatlock’s wishes, cremation services are being provided by Voss & Sons Funeral Service and Crematory.

Memorials may be written to the American Liver Foundation, Mental Health America- Wabash Valley Region or Donor’s Choice of Charity.

Masks are required before admittance to the funeral home as well as social distancing within the building.

Greg was always so sweet to Zachary, I and the girls from the first day we moved across the road. We will miss him. I remember him bringing over a little lawn mower for Haley she still loves it to this day. A couple weeks ago he gave her some of those pop its and she has enjoyed those. Praying for you and your family. If you ever need anything Cindy please dont hesitate to call us or just knock on the door. God Bless you all.

I am incredibly sad to hear of Greg's passing. He and I hung around together for many years growing up in Seymour. I miss those days and I will deeply miss Greg. I am so sorry for your loss Cindy.

Hi Cindy, so sorry of Greg's passing. Just so many fun and great memories from grade school to graduating in 1975. Then we both started working right out school at L.S., on 2nd shift. Playing cards at breaks, "euchre and bid euchre" was the "name of the game!" I can still see him sitting there with pipe in mouth, trying to see the cards, through the "cloud of smoke." It was always great to run into you and Greg, no matter how many years it was between, you two were still the same. It was like time hadn't been (until we looked through our bifocals!) Greg will be missed by many, many people, but not forgotten. He will be in all of our hearts and memories, I know he has a place in mine. There are things that will happen that will bring him back to us. That will always be with us. My prayers and love goes to you Cindy, your children and families. Hey Greg, "Old Friend," see you soon!
