Nancy Noblitt Holmes left a message on December 7, 2018:
Aunt Edith was the "keeper of the family memories" and I loved hearing all her stories. She would always speak of her children, grandchildren, and then something would spark a memory of when she was a girl. She always knew I wanted to hear about her never ending battles with "raising those boys" her brothers. They seemed to have more adventures on the way to school and home. Also she remembered the fun, laughter and work they all shared. One of those brothers, Cliff, was my Dad and she told me all her memories of when Dad came home from the war . . . Skinny and nervous from fighting in the South Pacific with the Army. She told about how Grandma Noblitts purpose in life became "fattening him up" and the family loved him back to health. Edith Noblitt Barlow will always be in our memories and hearts, until we meet again at the feet of Jeses. We love you.
