There will never be another man quite like I.J. Chadwell. From the first day I met him at Cummins in 1984, he became a friend. He could pull off a practical joke like no other. Always had a smile on his face and an unforgettable laugh. His devotion to Marilyn was evident. I don't think I ever heard him talk unless he, somehow, mentioned Marilyn. His employees respected him, I think, because he treated them the way he would want to be treated. Always joking........always a good man. My life, and so many others, was made better by having known him. My deepest sympathy to Marilyn, his family and all the many who loved him. This old world lost one great guy....................but heaven gained an angel. Rest in peace, Chad. I'll sure miss you. Patty Osterman

I loved IJ more than he will ever know! He made me feel like I was the best kid and he always told me I was his #1!! Yes I know his #1 was God and I loved that he showed that in his life for other people to learn from!! I have missed him so much, growing up and moving from IN and starting my own family but I know he would be so proud of my family! He will be greatly missed by many!! We are praying for the family! We love you all!!
