Mr. Morris Gorbett, 65, of Seymour passed away at 10:15 PM, Wednesday, September 30th, 2009 at The Waters of Seymour.
Morris was born in Jackson County, IN on September 10, 1944, the son of Charles and Florence (Anderson) Gorbett.
Morris was a brick mason. He had been employed at Arvin Industries, North Vernon and also Pilot Industries, North Vernon.
Morris is survived by his sister, Darkis Shelton, and friend, Mary Hocking-Gilbert.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Dean and Willis; and sisters, Ruby and Wanda.
A Graveside Service will be held at Riverview Cemetery, Seymour on Friday, October 2, at 1:30 PM.
All arrangements have been entrusted to Voss and Sons Funeral Service, Seymour.
