Mrs. Judy Karen Allman Banister, 65, of Seymour, passed away at 1:15 AM, Monday, February 15th, 2010 at Schneck Medical Center
Judy was born in Seymour, IN on April 28, 1944, the daughter of the Oris Hubbard and Nellena (Reynolds) Allman Thomas. She was adopted by Herbert Allman.
Judy was married to Lowell Jenkins and Herbert Banister, both of whom are deceased.
Judy was a member of Cornerstone Community Church, Seymour.
Judy is survived by her children, Brian (Carrie) Banister, Becky (Mike) Van Antwerp, Brad (Marcia) Banister; 5 wonderful grandchildren, Shawn and Kevin Van Antwerp, Nicholaus, Clayton and Caitlin Banister, a brother, Larry (Brenda) Allman and sisters, Ann (Bob) Felty, Linda (Don) VanLangen.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands; son, Kevin Wayne Banister; sisters, Susie Joyce Allman Newkirk, and Peggy Anthony and brothers, Wayne and Mike Hubbard;
Funeral services will be held at Voss Chapel on Thursday February 18th at 10:00 Am with Rev. Johnnie Spivey officiating.
Burial will take place at Riverview Cemetery with a Voss Dove Release.
Friends may call on Wednesday from 4 - 8 PM and from 9:00 on Thursday until the time of service.
Memorials may be written to Schneck Medical Center Home Health.
